The crème de la crème of the nation’s technical graduates joins our ranks every year. These new recruits as well as our seasoned employees, who routinely upgrade their skills, undergo training at our Technical Training Centre (“TTC”). Situated on 2.05 acres land in Baranagar, Kolkata, the TTC is an ISO 9001:2008 certified training institute that conducts a twelve (12) months pre-sea marine engineering training course for mechanical and naval architect engineering graduates. The course is approved by the Director General of Shipping (DGS), Government. The annual intake capacity is of 100 cadets. The technical and skills development courses that TTC conducts for our company’s employees and apprentices are in welding, fitting, pipe fitting, electrical and machinist trades.
