Shri M.Venkatesh Murthy, Chief General Manager (Commercial), joined GRSE on May 9, 2016. Murthy holds a Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore. Prior to joining GRSE, he was associated with BEML Limited and has more than 23 years of work experience.

Cmde Rajat Manchanda, IN (Retd.) with an experience of over 29 years in the Indian Navy has joined GRSE on 01 Oct 2020 as Chief General Manager (Production Planning & Control). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Master Degree in Mechanical (Marine) from Pune University and a PGDMS from JBIMS, Mumbai. During his career in the Indian Navy he has served on IN Ships Taragiri, Godavari, Jalashwa and at Naval Dockyards in Mumbai and Vishakhapatnam. In addition to serving at Naval Headquarters, he has also been the Warship Production Superintendent at Goa Shipyard.

Cdr Bhaskar Sengupta, IN (Retd.), CGM (Main Works), joined GRSE on January 18, 2010. Commander Sengupta holds a Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Naval Architecture from IIT, Kharagpur, a Diploma in Naval Construction from IIT, Delhi and a Certificate in Master of Business Administration (Part Time) from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He has worked with the Indian Navy as a Commander and has an experience of over 21 years prior joining GRSE.

Capt (IN) P Sunilkumar (Retd.), CGM(CP & CC), joined GRSE in Sep 2016 after completing nearly 22 years of 'Commissioned Service' in the Indian Navy since Nov 1994. He has held various important operational and repair/maintenance appointments in the Navy whilst heading the Engineering Department on board naval warships and serving in Naval Dockyard. He is an alumnus of the 'Naval College of Engineering' and holds a B.Tech (Mechanical) Degree from JNU, New Delhi. He also holds Masters' Degrees in 'Systems and Controls Engineering' from IIT Bombay and 'Defence & Strategic Studies' from Madras University. He is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP) and holds Diplomas' in SCM and HRM.

An established Naval Architect, with an experience of over 28 years in Ship Design and Construction. During a career spanning over 26 years in the Indian Navy, had been associated with various prestigious capital ship design and construction projects including Destroyers and the Indigenous Aircraft carrier, at various levels including Project Director. Subsequently, after premature retirement from the Navy, headed the Central Design Office at Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited, Kolkata for about two years, steering design of various Naval, Coast Guard and Commercial shipbuilding projects both at National and International levels. Also conceptualised and evolved design of a full electric passenger ferry, now being built for the Government of West Bengal.

Currently leading Innovation and New Technologies at GRSE, besides steering the NGOPV project of the Indian Navy. In this role, has successfully steered collaboration with Educational Institutes, Start-ups and MSMEs to add cutting edge technologies and products including Autonomous Vehicles (air borne, Surface and Sub Surface) and Green Energy vessels, to the shipyard’s repertoire of products.

A BTech in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from CUSAT and a MTech in Ocean Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur besides a Post Graduate Diploma in Warship Construction from IIT, Delhi. Also an alumnus of the College of Naval Warfare of the Indian Navy, and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Management Studies from, JBIMS, Mumbai. A regular contributor to various technical and policy related platforms, had the opportunity to speak at the Indo Pacific Regional Dialogue (IPRD) 2021.

Commodore Indrajit Dasgupta, VSM (Veteran) holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (JNU), MSc in Defense & Strategic Studies (Madras University) and Masters in Management Studies (Osmania University). He is also an alumnus of the National Defence College at Nairobi (Kenya). He is a recipient of the prestigious "Vishist Seva Medal" awarded by the President of India.
His 35 years in the Indian Navy covers the spectrum from Ship Repairs and Refits at both the major Dockyards of the Navy, Induction and Life Cycle management of Combat Systems at Naval Headquarters, Warship Design at the Navy's Warship Design Bureau and Overseeing construction of new naval platforms at Private and Public Sector Shipyards in Kolkata. He has served in various capacities on small and large ships and is well versed with the stringent build requirements on Warships for Equipment as well as Systems.
He joined the company on 01 March 2023 as Chief General Manager (Ship Repairs & Deck Machinery Unit) and as the Project Superintendent for the NSG-30mm Gun Project.

Cmde Vikas Kaushal, IN (Retd) is carrying out duties of Chief General Manager, PMT P-17 A. Cmde Vikas Kaushal completed his Secondary and Senior Secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Missamari, Assam and Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi respectively. He completed his B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Naval College of Engineering, INS Shivaji, Lonavla under Jawaharlal Nehru University in the year 1992. He has completed his Master’s from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore of Engineering in Mechanical discipline. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies from University of Madras.

Prior to joining GRSE, the Officer has worked in the Indian Navy for approximately 32 years in various leadership roles. As part of his duties in the Indian Navy, he has carried out duties of Defence Attache at Kyiv (Ukraine), Commanding Officer INS Eksila at Visakhapatnam and was holding the position of Commodore (Dock Yards) at Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy)/Directorate of Dockyards before taking Premature Retirement from the Indian Navy.

Cdr Bhubaneshwar Mishra, IN (Retd.), GM In-charge (Fitting Out Unit & Taratala Unit), joined GRSE on January 17, 2013. He has done his Engineering from the Naval College of Engineering, Lonavala and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai in collaboration with college of Naval Warfare at Karanja in the year 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with the Indian Navy.

Shri Sujoy Chakravorty, GM (Commercial), is associated with GRSE since January, 2011. He holds a Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University; also he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law from NUJS and Diploma in Material Management. He has 33 years of industrial experience in wide-ranging Commercial functions e.g. Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain Management, working with the likes of CESC Limited, Cummins India Limited, Tata Power Limited, and in GRSE.

Cmde. Vinith Aerat (Retd.) joined GRSE on 01 Dec 2021. He holds a B. Tech Degree in Naval Architecture from Cochin University and an M. Tech in Corrosion Engg. from IIT, Mumbai. Prior to joining GRSE, he has served in the Indian Navy as a commissioned officer for 27 years. His work experience spans various assignments in warship design, shipbuilding, ship repair and associated policy formulation.

Smt. Aparajita Ghosh has acquired her Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is also a member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Prior to joining GRSE, she has working experience of more than 30 years in several Firms, Companies and in various fields of Finance. She has served in M/S Bharat Electronics (BEL), a navaratna PSU under Ministry of Defence, for a period of around 20 years in different capacities.
She has joined in the company in Oct 2014 as Dy. General Manager (Finance) and in 2018 she has been promoted as AGM (Finance). During last 7 years she has worked in several sections of the Finance Dept. Presently she is working as an in charge of Department.

Mr. Natarajan Partheepan joined GRSE on 1st December, 2012. He graduated from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu with Bachelor in Civil Engineering degree. Prior to joining GRSE, Mr. Partheepan has acquired enormous Civil Engineeering experience, particularly in the field of execution of EPC & Turnkey Contracts, for a number of reputed Private organizations. He has a hard-core industry experience of 30 years.

Shri Sandeep Mahapatra is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Graduate in Law from Utkal University, Odisha. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

He has diversified experience of working in CPSU, Multinational & Private Sector Companies for over 27 years in the field of Secretarial and Legal.

He has a very long association with GRSE. He has joined GRSE in Oct, 2007 as Company Secretary of the Company. His experience covers almost all areas of Company Secretary functions including maiden IPO and Buy-back of shares.

Shri Sandeep Mahapatra promoted to the rank of General Manager on 01 July 2023.

Cdr. Manoj Kumar Gupta (Retd.) joined GRSE in Jan 2015 as Dy. General Manager after completing nearly 23 years of 'Commissioned Service' in the Indian Navy. He holds a B.Tech Degree in Naval Architecture & Ship Building Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Naval Construction from IIT, Delhi. His work experience spans various assignments in ship shipbuilding, warship design, ship repair and associated policy formulation.

Cdr Gaurav Pande NM (Retd.) is the General Manager with M/s GRSE Ltd. A post graduate in Manufacturing Management with 27+ years experience. The officer has been associated with shipbuilding sector since 2004, he was commissioning Senior Engineer of INS Beas of the P-16A class ships and has also served at WOT Kolkata thereafter. He was part of team that built the LST(L), WJFAC and Kamorta class (P-28) vessels for IN.

Since joining M/s GRSE Ltd in 2014 as DGM he has been associated with the prestigious Project P17A and part of team for development and type test of a 01 MW DG set under Atmanirbhar Bharat. Presently the executive is now the Project Superintendent of the three stealth frigates und of the Project P-17A being built at M/s GRSE. He is member of professional bodies: Institution of Engineers, Institute of Marine Engineers and ISHRAE.

Shri Rajeev Shrivastava joined GRSE as General Manager (HR) w.e.f. 01 Nov 2023.

Shri Rajeev Shrivastava completed his Secondary and Higher Secondary education fromcKendriya Vidyalaya, Bihar and went on to pursue his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics from Magadh University. Later on he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, Patna in the year 1996. He has an LLB Degree from Magadh University as well. Shri Shrivastava has also completed Senior Executive Development Programme from XLRI, Jamshedpur in the year 2023.

Prior to joining GRSE, Shri Shrivastava has served Tata Motors, ONGC Petro Addition Ltd, Mecon Ltd, Orissa Mineral Development Corporation Ltd and Pushon Chemicals Pvt Ltd.

He has a rich diversified experience of working in CPSUs, Joint Ventures & Private Sector Companies for over 27 years. His experience covers almost all areas of HR, IR & ER functions including Policy Formulation, Recruitment, Establishment, Training & Development, Wage Settlement, Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour Management, Legal, Admin, CSR etc. He also had a brush with Quality Management while working in various leadership positions at varied geographical locations of the country.

Shri Sanjay Kumar holds a Bachelor Degree in commerce from University of Calcutta and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has served M/S NHPC Ltd and M/S EPI Ltd both public sector enterprises before joining the company in April 1995 as Accounts Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts and has served various finance functions during his association with the company. He is presently heading Treasury functions in Finance Department.

Joined GRSE as Graduate Apprentice on 30 Apr 1991 and have experience of approx 29 years in GRSE. Started carrier in GRSE in Technical & Development department at DEP Ranchi . Thereafter transfer to product & service department in Aug 1993. At present , discharging duties of Unit In-charge of DEP Ranchi unit w.e.f. 14 Mar 2014.

Cdr Jha commenced his working career as a Commissioned Officer in the Electrical Branch of the Indian Navy where he served with distinction for 22 years in various capacities before taking up voluntary retirement in Aug 2016. During his career with the Indian Navy he has served as Electrical Officer onboard frontline Warships of the Indian Navy and successfully completed many missions. His shore appointments included leadership roles in Operations at Command/ Naval HQs, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, Fleet Testing and Tuning Team, Visakhapatnam.

Subsequent to his voluntary retirement from the Indian Navy in Aug 2016, Cdr Jha joined GRSE, as Deputy General Manager (Technical) to oversee the Installation and Trials of Weapon Systems prior delivery of front-line Warships to Indian Navy. Subsequently in 2020, he was elevated to the rank of Additional General Manager (ES&CM) to oversee the Operation and Maintenance of Vital Assets of the Shipyard spread over the 05 outlying units at Kolkata. At present, he has been assigned the role of Additional General Manager-in-Charge of Raja Bagan Dockyard spread over 33 Acres to oversee the outfitting of various Warships under construction along with augmentation of vital infrastructure pertaining to ship building capabilities of GRSE.

Cdr Harish Kumar (Retd.), Addl. General Manager is working at GRSE Delhi office. He was in Navy for approx 22 years prior to joining GRSE in Oct 2010.

Cdr Rajneesh Kumar, IN (Retd), AGM RO Mumbai joined GRSE on 01 Dec 21. He holds B.SC (National Defence Academy), B.TECH (Naval College of Engineering), M.TECH (IIT Bombay) and PGDM (Jamna Lal Bajaj Mumbai) degrees. Prior to joining GRSE, he has work experience of 25 years in Indian Navy includes Senior Manager at Naval Dockyard Mumbai, Cdr E of the Aircraft Carrier INS Viraat, Joint Director at DND(SSG) for IAC(P-71) Project, Project officer P-15B at WOT(Mumbai) and Joint Controller of Material Planning at MO(MB)
